Honey crisp is a medium to large apple striped red over yellow. Crisp and juicy with a breaking crunch it improves in storage. Will keep up to 7 months in cold storage. One of the many university of Minnesota introductions it receives large scale commercial attention and is common in super markets. It is a lower vigor tree with above average apple scab resistance.
