Fuji apple is a medium-large green-yellow with red or pink blush. Crisp, juicy white flesh snaps cleanly when eaten. The flavor is predominantly sweet with a good balance. A popular apple grown by commercial growers for supermarkets. They are good for fresh eating, baking, and sauce. They ripen in late October and can be stored in cold storage for 5-6 months.
