Florina is a disease resistant large rosy red apple with some russeting near the stem. It’s a vigorous and well bearing tree with a spreading growth habit. The flesh is crisp juicy and sweet. The fruit stays on the tree after full ripening. It’s a good low spray apple for the organic home orchard or garden. Florina I a tip bearer and therefore needs a modified pruning plan for fruit load.
