Co-op 29 is a pale yellow with a pink blush disease resistant apple. Flesh is cream colored, very firm, crisp and breaking. Flavor is spicy, rich, and sprightly sub-acid that mellows in storage. It’s a very disease resistant apple which means it looks good without spraying. It hangs well on the tree even beyond peak ripening without dropping off. It’s good for fresh eating, baking, and sauce. Zone 5, bloom group 4
