Cabot Vermont is an old desert pear discovered in Vermont. It is a medium-large superior desert pear itch yellow skin and a sight red blush from the sun’s rays. Stop sweet flesh is coarse grained, juicy, with no grit cells. It’s an annual bearing pear that is very cold hardy. Zone 4
