Blue gold is a high bush blueberry that grows 4-5 feet tall and 3 feet wide at maturity. It produces many branches that should be pruned out of the middle to keep the plant growing up and provide airflow. Blue Gold ripens in late July producing up to 12 pounds of blueberries when it reaches its full growth. The quality of the fruit is excellent with good flavor and firm fruit. This plant will still produce fruit after winter temperatures that drop to -35 F. Hardiness zone 3a-7b
